Large living room with comfortable sofa (sofa bed for the 5th person), fireplace and TV, dining table and chairs and a well-equipped kitchen (Large electric stove with oven, extractor hood, fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee maker). Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. Two separate bedrooms with one double bed and two twin beds. Air conditioning, wi-fi Internet. Large, two-sided wraparound porch with outdoor furniture and views to the beautiful green surroundings. In the romantic garden are sun loungers, a swing, different fruit trees and a parking lot for your car. Your hosts Antigoni and Giannis are looking forward to welcoming you. On your arrival, a welcome dinner consisting of a hot meal (salad, main dish, feta, olives) and homemade wine awaits you. From a 10-day stay, Antigoni and Giannis will be happy to cook for you one more time. In your apartment you will find on arrival seasonal fruits and vegetables fresh from their own production, homemade jam, bread and juice. If the opportunity arises, you can watch and even help us producing dried tomatoes, dried figs or other local products. We are available for our guests around the clock and are looking forward to enriching their holidays on Corfu with local knowledge. The house, with its two independent units, is located in a green and very quiet location directly above the Alonaki Bay. Surrounded by a tree-lined 2,500 m² garden, and two spacious bright apartments, each unit can host up to 5 persons. Nearby there are several beautiful beaches as well as the nature reserve of Korission lagoon with the kilometer-long dune beach of Chalikounas. Nearest beach: 80 m, Shopping: 4000 m, Restaurant: 100 m, Corfu airport: about 22 km, ferry port: 25 km. The area from the cottage is a very special place for those seeking relaxation and active holiday guests. Numerous small trails along the coast between dense olive groves, fig trees and wild herbs are ideal for hiking, snorkeling and jogging. If you just want to relax, just find a place between the shady trees for a cozy place to chat, read or sunbathe. In the spacious garden a variety of fruit trees and various species of flowers grows. T he owner couple, Antigoni and Giannis, likes to pampers his guests with seasonal vegetables and fruits from the garden. Once you arrive at the airport/port of Corfu, we can arrange your taxi transportation to and from the house. 50€/Taxi A car is recommended, as shopping possibilities are a bit further away and on the other hand to get to know the versatile island of Corfu with its many sights. Bus stop: about 2.5 km (bus direction Agios Matheus) No transport possible? No problem. The supermarket Coop offers our guests free transfer (pick up & return) to Agios Matheus. Call us, we will organize your purchase. Also daily fresh bread (about 1 €) can be delivered on request. The owner lives - separately - right next door.
