Chalet on top of the hill with stunning view

Situated in a remote village with a stunning view over rolling hills to high mountains it;s the perfect get-away from busy city life. The place is our family home we are happy to share when we are traveling. The large and welcoming living room with an open fire place and a cozy dining area is a great place to relax and to enjoy the unspoiled nature around. The kitchen is newly renovated and well equipped. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sauna with additional shower. The house is our family home and in the garden live our very friendly dogs. They are used to children and stay always outside. Bran with its famous 'Dracula Castle' and several restaurants is only 12 km away. The village is on the edge of the National Park 'Piatra Craiului with one of the biggest bear sanctuaries in Europe. From our house you can explore the national park and make beautiful hikes. We rent out our home when we are traveling. A neighbor in the village will let you into the house and explain you all the details. Pestera is a little village 12 km away from Bran with the the famous "Dracula Castle" and 40 km from Brasov with the next train station. When you enjoy hiking and nature our house is the perfect place to be. There are 2 restaurants in the village and in Bran you find a variety of shops, restaurants and bars. The village is in between 2 national parks. From our house you can walk easily up in the forest or over the hills and explore the amazing nature. The house is 6 km from the main street (DN 73) and is easy to access via a new asphalted road which is cleaned in the winter time. The next train station is in Brasov (40 km). There are some small shops in the village, a market and well equipped supermarkets are 12 km away in Bran.
