The Old Dairy is a luxury 3 bed/3 bath barn conversion in glorious Bedfordshire/Cambridgeshire countryside. Excellent walking, cycling, and other activities close by. You’ll love it because of its location, beamed ceilings in a large open plan living area with log burner opening onto a private garden with a new hot-tub (available from mid March). It's also perfect for working from ‘home’ as there is super-fast broadband, a desk in every bedroom, plus a workspace set up on the gallery. There is a fabulous open plan living space compromising kitchen, dining and living area with a woodburner and TV under the high beamed ceiling. If you want a bit of chill time there is a snug where you can snuggle up with a book or watch TV away from the main living area. Downstairs there is a bootroom to leave all your muddy boots and coats with a downstairs WC. All the bedroom suites have their own luxury bathrooms. The master suite is on the first floor with a super-king bed and the other 1st floor bedroom suite, at the other end of the house, also has a super-king bed that can be split into two single beds. There is one bedroom suite on the ground floor with its own luxury bathroom with walk-in shower and freestanding bath. All the bedrooms have their own desks. There is a gallery with a desk/workspace overlooking the main living area. The house is eco-friendly as heating is powered by a ground source heat pump. There are electric gates to the property and there is ample parking. There is plenty of free parking at the property. A car is required as we are in a rural location with no bus service. Taxis are available but need to be pre-booked. Outside there is a fire pit supplied with logs and kindling, gas BBQ and luxury hot-tub (to be installed - available from mid-March 2022) Please note there is a small separate charge for use of the hot-tub.
