Located in the lovely seaside resort of San Teodoro, tucked away in a quiet lane in the Lu Fraili area, our bright and spacious apartment is ideal for family holidays. It is just ten minutes’ drive from two amazing beaches, La Cinta, a popular vast expanse of white, fine sand near the centre of San Teodoro, and Lu Impostu – 30 mins walk if you prefer to leave your car behind, a stunning bay beach with crystal waters, just over the hillside from our apartment. Just half an hour from Olbia airport, Cà Bennu – our home by the sea, is a ground floor apartment and has all you need for a family holiday, with a well-equipped kitchen, (including espresso machine) and a bright, spacious and comfortable living area in which you can relax and feel at home. The living-room opens out into a south-facing terrace and garden where you can enjoy a meal together or simply sunbathe, read a book and relax. At the back of the house, two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed and a single sofa bed, offer ample sleeping arrangements for up to five people. The second bedroom opens out into a large private patio area, useful to hang your washing and storing beach equipment. Ten minutes away on foot is a handy local store for your food and household shopping and a restaurant-bar across the road, should you fancy a bite to eat or a coffee. San Teodoro, just ten minutes’ drive away has a wide selection of restaurants and eateries, as well as amazing ice-creams parlours! If you want to avoid driving, you can catch the beach bus that takes you to the main beaches around San Teodoro. It stops on the main road, just 5 mins walk from our front gate. Another beach worth visiting is Porto Taverna, about 15-20 mins drive on the way to Olbia.
