This holiday home is on 120 sqm high quality equipped and just for you. Each room has a flat screen TV (via LAN, reception also from Belgian and Dutch channels and much more). 2 modern bathrooms complete the comfortable and cosy rooms (incl. bath towels, towels, soap, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, stool). The kitchen is equipped with everything your heart desires. The living room is equipped with comfortable sofa landscape, large-screen TV, reading corner etc. A 2000qm large pond for fishing, swimming, grilling, sunbathing etc. belongs to the property, as well as the 3 house-own donkeys. Own terrace surrounded with beautiful bamboo hedge. Restaurant, bakery/butcher shop, hiking and cycling trails, forest and meadows are in direct proximity. A great breakfast buffet p.p. 9€ can be booked in addition (in the hotel 100m away). You have access to all rooms like living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room. The corresponding terrace is surrounded by a beautiful bamboo hedge. The pond area invites you to many activities and the three little donkeys are looking forward to cuddling. Available via telephone, the owner does not live in the house The holiday home is conveniently located: 2 km to the A60; to Luxembourg about 20 km or Belgium about 2 km. About 1 hour to Cologne, Aachen, Trier, Moselle, Maastricht, Pyrmont Castle. Winterspelt is part of the "German-Belgian Nature Park Hohes Venn - Eifel", which is part of the "Nature Park Nordeifel" on the German side. In the middle of the beautiful nature there are many hiking and cycling paths. Good food must not be missing of course. All in all: pure relaxation Restaurants, baker, butcher and hairdresser are in the direct vicinity. Bus stop in the immediate vicinity (200m). Parking facilities directly by the house. Coffee and tea are always free of charge at the "Nettes Landhaus"! Cooled drinks are available for a small contribution towards expenses. Use of washing machine/dryer for a fee. Dogs on request You will feel at home during your entire stay with me. To the property belongs a wonderful pond area which invites you to fishing, swimming, archery and barbecue. In the immediate vicinity of the pond are the three in-house donkeys, enjoy the moments with Lynn, Elsa and Babette. Enjoy there cosy hours in the nature. Also in winter this is a beautiful destination. This part of the Eifel is also called "Schneifel" by the winter sports area Schwarzer Mann.
