Peaceful retreat located on beautiful Warwick Lake. This sweet spot gives you full access to lake 50 feet from your door. Your studio apartment with private entry is conveniently located 7 minutes to route 95, 15 minutes for historic downtown Providence. 30 minutes from Newport, RI. A full walk out studio apartment includes Queen size Bed bedroom option for King Size Air Mattress, full bathroom, couch love seat, rocking chair , coffee tables and high def smart tv, refrigerator, stove, blender, coffeepot and microwave. Located 50 feet from a lake access out your back door. Hammock, swings, kayaks, fire pit, grill, jacuzzi and patio for relaxing .. The back yard is shared space as I do live on the property. I give you access to the full yard. We do have 2 dogs that are very friendly and will have limited time in the yard. Lake access Dock with Canoe and Kayaks. Jacuzzi is available for private use. I will be available but will also be out of your way. I may be in yard from time to time for maintenance or walk my dogs. Be assured that I will do my best to respect the privacy of all my guests. I encourage all my guest to enjoy the lake. I leave wood for the fire pit and allow people to use it all evening without disturbance. I do live on the property with my children. This is why I do not want party's or people smoking on the property. I encourage people to enjoy the space but to remember that it is a neighborhood.
