A large 4 bedroomed detached house that can accomodate up to 10 guests in a quiet cul-de-sac with fast wifi. Downstairs: Open gas fire in the lounge with tv, (netflix, Sky cinema & catchup tv) kitchen with washing machine/dryer, a seperate dining room and downstairs toilet. Upstairs: A double bedroom with ensuite and shower. A bedroom that can either be a double or twin. A double bedroom A single bedroom. A bathroom that has a jacuzzi bath. Double garage: Treadmill, full size table tennis, darts A large 4 bedroomed detached house that can accomodate up to 10 guests in a quiet cul-de-sac with fast wifi. Children & infants welcome. Downstairs: Open gas fire in the lounge with tv, (netflix, Sky cinema, catchup tv) kitchen with washing machine/dryer, a seperate dining room & downstairs toilet. Upstairs: A super kingsize bedroom with ensuite and shower. A bedroom that can either be a double or twin. A double bedroom & a single bedroom. The bathroom has a jacuzzi bath. Please note the 8th, 9th and 10th guests would have to sleep in the lounge, 2 on sofa's (Not sofa beds) and 1 on an air bed. Sofa's and the airbed will be made up using sheets, pillows and a quilt. Double garage Treadmill, full size table tennis, 6 foot snooker/pool table and darts. Please note the garage is a games room and cannot be used to park cars as it is used to house the treadmill, darts, snooker/pool table and table tennis. However the drive can accomodate two cars and there is space for a further two cars for free parking on the road. You will have access to the whole house, but please do not use more bedrooms than are necessary otherwise an extra cleaning and laundering charge will apply. No pets and smoking only allowed in the rear garden and no parties. Outside of the house is protected and monitored with CCTV When booking, please make it clear how many beds you require made up. I charge extra per person per night for more than two people to cover the extra cost of washing the extra bedding and use of gas, water and electricity. I have had people booking for two and then allowing extra people to stay in my home for free which can cause upset to both parties when approached. Therefore please please be honest, book with the right amount of guests In your party. I do hope you understand and appreciate my standing on this.
