We offer a unique apartment that has its own big room for groups, family gatherings or movie watching cinema style. Of course you will have your own bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. We speak fluent English and would love to welcome you! Welcome to the Frankonian Lake District. One of the largest recreational lakes in southern Germany is just 10 minutes away by car. We are within close proximity to Nuremberg, which can be reached by a short train ride. We live in the same house just an apartment up. We are always available should there be any questions. We can also help with pickups to and from the train. We are happy to provide suggestions for sights to see in the area and are happy to help wherever we can. We can also assist with local food and pre shopping so things are available when you get here. We are happy to provide fresh baked good in the morning if wanted. If you enjoy the small town feel you are right at home here. But you are close to many great activities and sights.
