It sits on the edge of the Peak District National Park, just 8 minutes’ drive from the Chatsworth Estate with easy access to Sheffield, Chesterfield and surrounding villages. Within a short walk or drive there is an abundance of things to see and do and many national treasures to explore during your stay in Millthorpe. Local attractions include Mam Tor, Stanage Edge, Haddon Hall, The Monsal Trail, Dovedale, The Heights of Abraham, The Pavilion Gardens, Ladybower Reservoir, Bakewell, The Blue John Cavern to name but a few.
