Walks to Ironbridge and also the Broseley Jitties which are a maze of 18 paths and walkways around the town dating back to 1590. Note: Please take care as there are steep stairs into the garden. Region: A E Housman once wrote that Shropshire was “the quietest place under the sun” and today the county remains something of a rural idyll, recognised as one of the least crowded and most peaceful regions in England. Town: Broseley is a historic market town in Shropshire, with a rich history surrounding the first iron bridge in the world, which can be discovered at the Ironbridge Gorge World Heritage Site. There is a good range of shops and eateries in town, as well as the Broseley Pipeworks Museum, the National Trust owned Benthall Hall, the Blists Hill Victorian Town and many more fantastic attractions being in easy reach. Near to Telford, Wolverhampton and Shrewsbury too, there's plenty to explore around Broseley.
