Self contained flat with its own entrance

We have to let a lovely flat furnished to a very high standard and with superb rural views. The flat is in the middle of a 100 acre arable farm and adjoining 2 lakes. Guests can use any of the space both inside and out. There is an elevated patio area with picnic bench where you can relax and enjoy the views. Full kitchen with double sink with diner and lounge area. Bedroom with super king bed and Egyptian cotton bed sheets. TV in lounge and bedroom. No pets allowed. The flat is in a private and quiet location with a security barrier at night but at the same time it is very close to Bromsgrove - many pubs serving food, many shops including 5 supermarkets, Bromsgrove Railway Station is 2 miles away, many restaurants, several takeaways. The accommodation is a one bedroom flat with steps up to the entrance which would be unsuitable for infants/children, therefore, children are not allowed. The maximum occupancy is for 2 guests. Please be aware that the flat next door is occupied, therefore, we would appreciate if noise could be kept to a minimum.
