Welcome in Ludwigsburg! Enjoy our comfortable apartment on the first floor with a beautiful view in the garden. Equipped with a charming mix of modern and retro style - ideal for vacationer and business people. 3 minutes to public transport to the Airport STR, main station and fair. It's the ideal location to visit the famous baroque castle of Ludwigsburg and other points of interest. Or just relax! WELCOME to Ludwigsburg - to a very nice and quiet place for 2 - 3 people. The apartment offers you - a spacious guest room with a kingsize bed, seating-accomodation, TV - a smaller guest room with a single bed, wardrobe, piano - a fully equipped kitchen (with coffee and tea, salt and pepper, no food) - a bathroom with a bath tube/shower and WC - laundry with 2 washing machines, dryer and electric iron - a place in the garden with BBQ From the living room you have a wonderful view in the garden, there is a king-size bed with new mattresses and a very comfortable and stylish armchair. Bedclothes are available. The second guest room can be used by a third person. Only the table in the kitchen is a little bit small for 3 people. In summer when the weather is fine you can sit outside in the garden. In the bathroom you find towels, shampoo and a hair-dryer. There is a lot of space for your personal belongings. The kitchen contains a stove with a ceramic stove top, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle and a sonny dining table. You can use the washing machine in the basement. Everything has been tastefully redecorated in the last year. There is a WI-FI access available. The house is very quiet situated, surrounded by our garden where you have your own seating-accomodation. The apartment has its own access and its own bell. The apartment on the ground floor is entirely independant. We love to communicate personally. But also by mobile, sms, phone or on the "red board" in the hallway. What ever our guests prefer. We are pleased to speak English. We life in a neat quarter of Ludwigsburg with very friently neighbors. You can take a walk to the river Neckar with its beautiful "Biergarten". The castle of Ludwigsburg is nearby. It's the biggest baroque castle in Germany with a very beautiful park, where lots of events take place. And Stuttgart has lots of places we can recommand to visit. Events like the famous "Cannstatter Volksfest", the "Weindorf", the christmas markets of Stuttgart and Ludwigsburg can be easily reached. You can reach the city and the castle of Ludwigsburg by bus in a few minutes. The city of Stuttgart as well in about 45 minutes. The next bus station is in a 3 minute walking distance. From the airport Stuttgart it will take an hour to our house, from the central station Stuttgart 45 minutes. If you bring a car, there is enough parking around the house. Easy access while on ground floor. But no wheel chairs possible. We have two little dogs in our apartment above. Therefore we cannot accept other pets.
