Small Single in Romsey, good place to crash

The room is a small room, which is clear from the picture - what you see in the picture is exactly what you get. It is on the middle floor and is very cosy and quiet. Romsey is a small market town steeped in history close to all transport. There is access through this room from the top floor bedroom, so it is not private, which is reflected in the price. It is in the heart of Romsey. It is suitable for a single person and includes breakfast only. Shared bathroom with loo, hand wash basin, bath and shower over. Limited storage space. It is on the middle floor. Probably not suitable for long term but perfect for a few nights or week. There is an occupied room on top floor which has to access through this room, so it is not private, thus the low rate, semi-private I would say. The dining/lounge area, bathroom, back garden. I am on hand to check guests in and make sure they have everything they need. I'm available for any questions or help and if people feel like chatting or want advice on locations I'm happy to help. I love that it is so centrally located, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and pubs and is close to the beach and the new forest. Train station, bus and taxi within walking distance and close to major airport links and M27, M3 and M25 The house is over 100 years old, so it has its idiosyncrasies. There are two cats, Dexter & Gizmo, that stay downstairs or outside, they're warm and friendly. Upon arrival you are welcomed through the front door. During your stay you will be given a key to the back entrance. There is a parking area across the road and it's possible to park on the street for up to 2 hours. There is free parking about 15 minutes walk away.
