Welcome to the House with the red balloon! A bright, spacious and comfortable place, with a sunny garden, just a few minutes' walk from the historic center of Gouda. This stylish modern house (three floors) was built in 2019 and furnished and styled with great taste. In the nicely decorated living room you will find a large dining table and 2 spacious sofas where you can relax and enjoy the wood-burning fireplace. The modern open kitchen is spacious and fully equipped: induction hob, large oven, refrigerator, freezer, smoothie-maker, toaster, mixer, Nespresso machine and of course a dishwasher. The living room and kitchen have a beautiful cast floor with underfloor heating. Through the patio doors in the living room you enter the sunny backyard (southwest located) with various seating areas and a cozy dining table. There are two bicycles in the shed with which you can discover het Groene Hart of Holland: an oasis of peace, space and nature, including the beautiful Reeuwijkse Plassen. From the garden you come to the private parking lot. First floor Bedroom with a king size double bed (180 x 200 cm) with an ergonomic firm latex mattress. Walk-in closet / dressing room. Modern bathroom with walk-in shower, large sink and the 2nd toilet. Second floor The attic room is light and large. Here are two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a spacious high table. You can chill out here in front of the 2nd TV. The attic has its own sink. In the separate laundry room there is a washing machine and dryer, which can be used. Unique location The House with the red balloon is quietly located and yet only a few minutes' walk from the lively historic center of Gouda. Here you can enjoy beautiful canals, nice old streets, special shops and attractive restaurants. Gouda has many galleries and creative hotspots. After a short walk of five minutes - through the most beautiful park in Gouda - you arrive at the Central Station. From here you are within half an hour in the city centre of Rotterdam, The Hague and Utrecht. There is also a direct train connection with Amsterdam (45 minutes). Are you traveling by car? The house is a five-minute drive from the A12 / A20 motorway. You can use the private parking space directly behind the house. Guests have access to the entire house. One room on the first floor is closed, for private storage. Your local contact person is Marianne. She is easy to contact and will be able to answer your questions and requests quickly during your stay. You can also contact her for service questions, city tours, Gouda tips, etc. She can also provide you breakfast or a delicious supper. There is fiber optic connection in the house, so very fast wifi in the whole house.
