The apartment (32 m2) is attached to the main building, located in a quiet child-friendly neighborhood. It has a private bathroom and kitchen. It is new (2016), clean and gives a fantastic view of water and gardens. Near shops (650 meters) and playground. The house is a 5 minutes’ walk from the train station, from where every 15 minutes a train takes you directly to Amsterdam Central within 25 minutes. Free parking in the street. The apartment is completely renovated and has a new bathroom with rain shower and hand shower, soap dispensers, hair dryer, hanging toilet and a bathroom sink. Kitchen is equipped with sink, duo ceramic plate, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer and microwave. It’s the best place to have your breakfast on a sunny morning. You have access to the apartment with a private bathroom and a private kitchen. We respect your privacy but are available for questions. Within walking distance (650m) we have got a shopping Centre, bars, supermarkets and restaurants and a playground is around the corner. We are a near the beaches in Castricum and Wijk aan Zee (15 min). We are close to cultural highlights like the Amsterdam Canals, the Cheese market in Alkmaar (20 min), the Zaanse Schans with its historic houses and windmills (15 min), the Czaar Peter House in Zaandam (20 min) or cities like Edam, Marken and Haarlem. Schiphol Airport is a 30 min drive. The apartment is perfectly situated to get to the city of Amsterdam. It's a 5 minute walk to train station "Krommenie-Assendelft" where every 15 minutes a train will leave for "Amsterdam Centraal" directly. The train will take 25 minutes to get there. We have free parking in the street. We have a maximum of four beds, one of which is a sofa bed. Two single beds can be set up as a double bed. An extra camping bed for babies is available free of charge. Please tell us when booking how you want to have the beds.
