Peaceful rural countryhouse with pool close to Assisi

Located on a hill in the heart of Umbria, 25 km from Perugia , our farmhouse sleeps up to 10 guests plus children. It offers 5 two-room apartments furnished in rustic style and equipped with every comfort. Each apartment is independent and composed of a dining room with kitchen corner and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There is a sofa bed in the dining room for children. Tv and wifi available. A large dining room for 10 people or more with kitchenette (stove-electric oven-dishwasher-fridge freezer) is available in an annex located next to the pool, a few steps far from the apartments. On the back of the annex we have added a barbeque area. The property offers a beautiful panoramic swimming pool (umbrellas-deckchairs and beds-sun shower) and a children's playground. A wellness area is also available. The surrounding area offers many attractions: medieval villages and beautiful cities such as Assisi, Spello, Bevagna, Montefalco, Bettona, Gubbio, Todi and Orvieto, parks, forests and nature trails, wineries and olive mills. The hills are in fact covered by extensive vineyards and olive groves that yield excellent wines and oils. The owners also produce olive oil of high quality and are available for tasting olive oil and typical products.
