This 200 year old cottage, situated in our courtyard, with exposed beams, original features, offers a comfortable, peaceful rural retreat. Stargazing is amazing here as we have no polluted light, black is black. Easily reached via the motorways, makes it easy to explore nearby towns and w're not far from a sandy beach As we are rural there is no public transport in the vicinity, you will definitely need to be mobile, a car or motorbike is essential for getting around. We have one lovely friendly cat called Sam who likes to say hello to our guests , if you love cats he will love you ... if you don't, then shoo him away, he quickly gets the message. We live in a very quiet lane, the passing traffic is minimal, maybe a car or two and our neighbour's tractor ... that's rush hour here. Peace and quiet is the norm. There is another cottage (The Barn) on site so the front courtyard for the parking is shared. During CV19 we are leaving a longer gap between all guests as we need to deep clean thoroughly before you arrive. All guests will have a freshly washed duvet, complete fresh set of bedding including mattress protectors however, WE WILL NOT PROVIDE PILLOWS, please bring your own.
