A spacious room in a large barn conversion paddock building. Guests will have secure, off road parking in a quiet location. The barn conversion was once run as a Bed and Breakfast so the property is geered for guests. (There are 3 other rooms) There is Internet on site. Kitchen, Lounge and Dinning Room all shared. There are 3 Bathrooms in the property with one near to this room. Hosts have been on Airbnb for over 5 years and look forward to meeting new guests. We hope you enjoy your stay! The building is a converted barn and is larger inside than it appears from outside. The house is in a quiet part of the Northamptonshire countryside but close enough to Northampton, Daventry or Rugby by way of the M1 and A5. Crick village is 1.5 miles away and has shops and pubs. Daventry town is 5 miles away. Northampton is 10 miles south. Rugby is 10 miles north. M1 is 1 mile from location. Guests can access most ground floor rooms including Kitchen, Dinning Room, Lounge, bathroom and Toilet. We live on site. Guests are welcone to interact with us or enjoy privacy of their own room. Paddock Cottage is one of four properties on site. The location is peaceful and quiet. Property is surrounded by farmland and Park areas, but still close enough to the A5 and M1. Guests should use a car for transport, however walking or biking is suggested for enjoying the immediate area and beauty spots.
