Cozy, private room in remodeled lakes area home

You will feel right at home in this private room with access to the modern kitchen, updated bathroom and cozy living areas throughout the residence. Close to numerous lakes & beaches and centrally located to a variety of communities in the lakes area. Check out my Guidebook for local recommendations and ideas for activities during your stay. Ranch home located on a 1/4 acre, fenced-in lot surrounded by large maple trees and lots of landscaping. The open floor plan makes this modest home feel spacious yet cozy. The backyard offers a tranquil outdoor dining space and multiple gardens during the warmer months. I will interact based on the preference of the guests. I tend to be very social but I'm happy to provide privacy and space if preferred. I do work from home so I'm usually on my computer (in the kitchen) from 8:30 to 5 Monday - Friday.
