The entrance is independent and you are greeted by a terrace that overlooks a private lawn with a public fountain, in front of the entrance and on the sides overlooking the green of the lawn and chestnut woods, the entrance can be reached by a path of about 50 m with a very light climb without steps, the solution does not have a private parking but the means of transport can be parked on the street below since a very large space is available. The Chalet has heating and hot water, also has a ventilated fireplace all appliances are in energy class A. The unique bathroom in the solution without window but with forced suction, offers a shower with safety glass box, a basin sink, a toilet and a bidet. Particularly pleasing is the pine wood paneling on the walls and the anti-tank larch flooring. The structure is in a strategic position with respect to the possibility of benefiting from many sports and cultural tourism activities. Among the most important in the summer are excursions in the woods overlooking the structure, it is located very close to the Valtellina path, a pedestrian and cycle path with picnic areas and a barbecue, the path runs alongside the Adda river from Bormio to Lake Lecco. Near the structure, a few kilometers away, there is the golf course, Valtellina Golf Club spa in Località Caiolo (SO), Avio area in Caiolo (SO), flight field, helicopters and Aeroclub - Service 118 - Alpine Rescue, planes and ultralight aircraft. For winter sports starting from skiing you can reach Val Malenco in the center of Valtellina just above Sondrio, but do not forget the other important ski resorts such as Aprica, Val Furva, Bormio and Valdidentro Livigno and val Chiavenna.
