The perfect place for relaxation, purity and tranquility close to nature. A light and charming house with a spaceous living area with open fire, a yogaroom and a friendly garden with roofed terras and outdoor sauna. Approx. 250 m2 living space. Various nature in walking and cycling distance. Bicyles available. Located in the very Northeast of the Netherlands, just across the German border. A hidden gem this region! Feel welcome & relax ... A warm, simple atmoshpere which makes you feel at home and relax easily. The house feels light and spaceous: the living area with open fire, a piano, sitting and eating area and the creative studio. There's a spaceous yogaroom on the 1st floor with cushions, yogamats and wollen blankets. 4 charming sleeping rooms with each a unique atmosphere. The garden is very private and has a spaceous roofed terras, a pont and a swing for grown-ups. There is 1 shared bathroom with a shower and a nice bath and 2 seperate toilets. Retraitehuis Bloeiplaats is run as ecologic responsible as possible - everything you may need is available however only a slow coffee cooker, no tv, no dryer. Feel welcome & relax! The entire house is available for the guests, with an own entrance. Host Malve lives in her appartement within the house with her own garden. Host Malve has her own appartment in the house and looks forward welcoming you. Malve originally comes from Germany but has travelled the world before settling down in Holland. The Bloeiplaats is located in the tranquility and space of North East Groningen near the German border which is a perfect starting point for long walks, hikes or cycling. Bad Nieuweschans with resort 'Thermen Bad Nieuweschans' for wellness and spa is in just 8 kilometers distance. Directly opposite the house is a small natural reserve 'De Tjamme' where you can stroll for about an hour and watch birds, foxes, deers and Scottish Highlanders. In cycling distance there's the Waddenzee of nature reserve De Dollard with a perfect place to watch birds (Vogelkijkhut, Nieuw Statenzijl) and seals (Termunten - april til september). Also nature reserve Reiderwolde, Oldambtmeer and the woods of Herenhuis Ennemaborgh in Midwolda with it's wild horses are easy to reach by bicycle. The northern part of hiking area Westerwolde is in Oudeschans and Bellingerwolde. A small supermarket is in walking distance and open on weekends free parking along the street bus stop 5min walk, bus departure once per hour from station Winschoten or Scheemda. Pick-up is possible. It is very much appreciated if you respect the serene atmosphere of the house and the no-shoes policy. Bicycles are available. During the rent of the house the service dogs and cat are not present. If you are allergic however please be aware that they may have used the living area and stairways in the past.
