Flat with indoor patio in Nemours center town

Flat for 4 people, 55 m2, in a very quiet road along the river « le Loing ». From here you have easy access: to the well-known climbing spots in Fontainebleau forest, to the “Loing” valley where you can canoe, to the pond and the river for fishing, to paths for walks, to Fontainebleau castle (20 mn by car). We are available to give you a lot of advice to discover or rediscover our region according to your needs. It’s an independent flat on the ground floor of our home with a private indoor patio which has a trampoline, air hockey and a sofa. There are 2 bedrooms 1 with a double bed and access to the indoor patio, and 1 with 2 single beds. A living room with TV and access to the indoor patio, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower. 10 mn on foot to the train station, motorway at 2 km, public transport accessible. Easy and free parking in front of my house, We are located along “Le Loing” with little traffic. We live in a quiet area. We are at a 10 mn walk to the city center and the train station through the footbridge. Across “le Loing”, you can go directly to the local market twice a week. You can do various activities in the area: - climbing spots in Larchant town and its well-known “Elephant” spot (10 mn drive). We are ourselves climbers and we can give you advice. - walking: from our house, you have direct access to the trails - Fishing: in Le Loing river and pond, around Nemours city. -canoeing: from April to October, programs are proposed by Grey sur Loing at 10 mn drive -Horse riding, accrobranching, paintball, Adventure Park: 10 mn drive from Nemours Fontainebleau is at 17 km, accessible by car, by bus and by train. Paris is about 83 km, also accessible by train. We are fluent in English. Baby care accessories available (bed, chair, changing table). A trampoline and an air hockey are in your indoor patio with a sofa. Pets welcome. Wifi/TV.
