Stunning barn conversion with panoramic views

Wake up and enjoy uninterrupted views to the beautiful rolling hills of the South Downs. Our lovingly converted barn creates a warm and comfortable home, perfect for a quiet escape or a base to explore. Upstairs is a stunning double bedroom with king bed, bathroom and separate area for study or additional sleeping on a sofa bed. Downstairs is a well equipped open plan kitchen and living room with a private garden perfect for alfresco dining or a sundowner drink. Come and enjoy our working farm. We are so luckily to be able to welcome guests to our barn in the beautiful Milland Valley. We have decked out the barn with everything you need for a relaxing stay so just pack your clothes and come and unwind. Not only does the house have amazing views across the countryside but there is also a skylight above the king bed so that you can lie in bed and stare at the stars above. The property is self check-in and out giving our guests full flexibility to come and go without us pestering! However, we live and work at the farm and love to meet our guests, so if we happen to see guests we are more than happy to talk about what goes on at the farm, share local recommendations and hear your story. We are always available on the phone should you have any questions during your stay. The farm is stunning both day and night being located in the South Downs National Park, an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and International Dark Sky Reserve. West barn has direct access to a huge network of footpaths, bridleways and private tracks which our guests can explore. Our favourite path is the one that leads to the Rising Sun Pub and Milland Stores and Café which takes around 25 mins on foot. West Barn can be accessed easily in the car or jump on the train from London or Portsmouth to Liphook which is less than 5 min in a taxi ride away. We are a short drive to Hollycombe Steam Collection, the historic market towns of Midhurst and Petersfield and larger attractions such as Cowdray Polo, Petworth Park and Goodwood. The best beach is West Wittering which is around 45mins drive away.
