It is very conveniently located next to a Metro bus stop, minutes away from Fort Belvoir, VA, I-95, I-95 Express and I-495, and walking distance to VRE. The Metro stop is only 4.3 miles away (Springfield-Franconia). There are plenty of shops, restaurants near including Springfield Town Center. 17 miles to Washington DC. The private bathroom is located next to the bedroom. You are welcome to take a hot bath or shower. You are welcome to use the living and dining rooms, and kitchen. I am available to help, if needed, but you are welcome to enjoy your privacy too. My neighborhood is very quiet and the residents are very friendly. This is an excellent location near I-495, I-95, 395, and Fairfax County Parkway. There is an stop bus just at the entrance of the complex. VRE station is only 1.2 miles, and there is also an AMTRAK station within 3 miles from the property. I also can allow LONG TERM ACCOMMODATIONS, but it will be available upon request directly to me.
