Holiday home in quiet neighbourhood

A cosy, modern and fully equipped apartment offering a comfortable stay in the heart of southern Jutland In the summer of 2020 I began renting my apartment to guests again. The newly renovated apartment is situated in an addition I built onto my house which was completed in 2011 and contains two rooms and a bathroom. The largest room has a kitchenette installed, equipped with a table and chairs, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, tv, a hob, and a dinner set and cutlery. Two people can also sleep in this room, the sofa folding out to be a double bed. Private access to the apartment is into this room. The second room is a bedroom with a king size bed, a single bed and a wardrobe. The apartment has tiled floors with under floor heating, cable tv, and wireless or cable internet connection. I provide towels and bedding, and a well equipped kitchenette with everything needed for basic cooking. I provide tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and cooking oil. Laundry facilities are available if required. I live in a quiet housing subdivision, 800 metres from the local bakery, and 7-800 metres from Broager’s two supermarkets, and the local bus station. I have a standard poodle born in 2013 and we also have a white shepherd puppy (summer 2021) but they are not allowed access to the holiday apartment. Broager is situated: -only 9 km from the largest Danish town in the region, Sønderborg -only 25 km from the German border, and the region’s largest town, Flensburg -only 7 km from the Danish landmark Dybbøl Mølle (Mill) and adjoining historic centre -only 1.5 km from the region's longest and most popular beach, Vemmingbund In addition to complete privacy in the holiday flat, guests also have access to my private terrace with grilling facilities. Interaction with guests ranges from almost no contact, to sharing a meal on the terrace on a summer's evening if it fits with everyones' plans. In this Covid-19 time contact can easily be avoided.
