Newly built townhome approx (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) sq. ft. in beautiful Bucks County. You'll find our home very clean, with inviting decor & quiet for a good night's sleep. Please follow the house rules & keep nouse to a minimum. We do have 2 small dogs, they're both friendly & well behaved so they will not enter your room. The room is beautifully decorated w everything you need - bed, desk, mirror, closet & comfy chair. ***Please be sure to mark ALL DATES you plan to stay when submitting your request*** 1BR on 3rd floor of beautiful newly built townhome. There is a full-sized wrought-iron daybed in the room (not sofabed). A computer with desk, comfy chair and a welcome box with amenities for you to use. Hall bathroom, 2nd floor living room and we will make room for you to store any drinks or snacks in the fridge. Can use the microwave for heating up food but no cooking, please. I am a friendly and outgoing person; however. I will not bug you...if you want to chat, though, I am always looking forward to connecting with new people. I live by the saying, "please take responsibility for the energy that you bring into this space" and only ask the same of others. Upscale luxury townhome neighborhood. parking within community in private lots and plenty of nearby shopping, farmers market, brewing company. Minutes from Doylestown, 35-minutes to Sesame Place, 45-minutes to Crystal Cave. Great location. We maintain a very clean house and do not wear shoes indoors. Please remove your shoes when entering our home. Please limit shower time to 7-10 minutes max. After using the bath mat, please place back over the side of the tub to dry. For guests staying more than 3 nights, if you need to do laundry, please ask & we can arrange access to use the washer & dryer.
