Rookwood Farmhouse B&B offers a warm welcome and is located just outside Newbury. The Chintz room is a double bedroom with a king size bed and large en suite bathroom. Guests have use of a large private sitting room. The home has extensive, landscaped gardens and a heated, outdoor swimming pool for guests' use during the summer months. A full English or Continental breakfast is served daily. Please note the Double bedroom can be sold with a small double to accommodation Families. They would share a private bathroom
