The Piggery: Luxury Cottage in South Downs NP

The Piggery is set in the grounds of a manor house in Meonstoke. Recently converted to a high standard The Piggery has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court, grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon, where the owners Hampshire Down sheep graze. It is within a few minutes walk of the South Downs Way with two country pubs which serve fabulous food within walking distance and just over 5 minutes walk away is the very well stocked Village shop. The Piggery is a newly built flint building, with a lot of period charm, it is separate from our main house behind a large barn, with it’s own private newly planted garden, terrace and sitting area. The property is very comfortably furnished with open beams, log burning stove, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, large fridge/freezer, nespresso machine, a well stocked kitchen for cooking, along with large luxurious shower, and separate bath. Very happy to accommodate young babies in a cot. There is plenty to do including walking, cycling, visiting a local vineyard, SUPing on the south coast, visiting Winchester, Arundel Castle, Jane Austin’s house in Chawton. There is also access to the owners tennis court. The Piggery has it’s own private garden and there is access to the owners tennis court. We love children and have our own, although they are older now, but it is not suitable for walking toddlers unfortunately.
