Studio Annex, Hemel Hempstead (self contained)

A self contained annex built on the side of a family home. Ground floor. Situated in a small close with street parking. TV, wifi, oven /hob, ensuite bathroom, double bed. 5 minutes drive to M1 / M25 link. It's a 10 minute walk to Hemel Hempstead town centre, 5 minute walk to a leisure complex which features 8 cinema screens an imax screen, indoor climbing and caving & various branded restaurants. Industrial estate only a 5 minute drive or a 20 minutes walk. Only 15 minutes drive to Harry Potter Studios 30 minutes by train in to London Euston A good and extensive bus service from town center throughout the County Although the annex is situated on the side of the main house, the annex has its own private/independent entrance. The annex is not suitable to wheelchair user. The annex with its own entrance allows the guest total privacy, but I am available throughout the guest duration in the annex. I lived in this col-di-sac for forty five years. Friendly neighbourhood and quiet location. All my guests so far have walked to work and local amenities, but used their car for there own pleasure. The vicinity of all amenities i.e. Town centre, industrial area, M.1, Tesco Extra, restaurants, cinemas and sport facilities. Guest's comfort and privacy is paramount.
