Our place is a two bedroom, two full bathroom home located on the Kanawha River in Poca, WV. If you are looking for a place to get away, the back sunroom overlooks the river so you can peacefully rest and watch the passersby. If you are looking for something to do, nearby attractions include Shawnee Sports Complex, Mardi-Gras Casino, Thomas Memorial Hospital, downtown Charleston,Kanawha State Forest, and the WV Power Park! This home has been recently renovated and includes 2 separate living rooms, 6-person dining table, washer and dryer, full kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, memory foam mattresses, and other small details we added to make your stay the most comfortable possible. Coded keypad for personal entry. I do not live nearby this home, but you can message through the app and someone from our office will respond as soon as possible. Right beside Poca High School, it is a quiet rural neighborhood away from the main road. Personal vehicle is the best method of transportation - this home is not in an urban area with lots of transportation options. A two-wheel drive car is sufficient Occasionally weather and other factors cause electricity and internet service to go out. Unfortunately these issues are not of our control and we cannot anticipate this happening; no refunds can be given for loss of these amenities.
