It comprises three bedrooms (two twins, one double), 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen, total 75 sqm, on a 1000 sqm plot. All areas have a/c and there is a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. The house is surrounded by big verandas and a lovely garden featuring a traditional well. There is private parking space for two cars. The property is 3 km from the town of Eretria. We also recently added a tree house for the kids in the garden and 50 books of English literature to read! Eretria is a popular beachside resort, with many taverns and a long beach promenade. The town hosts the Museum of Eretria and at the northern edge of the town lies one of the oldest known ancient theatres, along with the western gate, the stadium and the upper gymnasium. Eretria can be reached from Skala Oropou, Attica by ferry or via the Halkida bridge by road. It is approximately 1 hour from Athens center. Transport to/and from the airport/Athens is available upon demand at an additional but very reasonable cost.
