There is a high spec kitchen/dining room, a beamed lounge with a cosy burner, smart TVs and great views. Own front porch access and downstairs wc. Shared central staircase with the owners. Large gardens, with own patio and outdoor seating area. Buffet breakfast foods. Own Parking. Great walks and cycle routes, A1 & M1 nearby. You have your own fully equipped kitchen with amazing views over the lawns with patio doors to your own patio area. The kitchen includes a washing machine, hob, electric oven, convection microwave and filter coffee machine. You are welcome to cook a meal for yourself or bring in a takeaway for the evening. Then relax in your own comfortable private lounge with log burner and Smart 45" TV and blue ray player. Downstairs toilet and handbasin. There is a shared central staircase with the owners, who occupy the opposite side of the house. Finally there is your own double bedroom with built in wardrobes and full length mirror, dressing table and cabinets with bedside lights, a 32" smart freeview TV, own en suite shower room and upstairs toilet and washbasin. The outlook is to the front of the property with countryside views, patio and gardens. Towels provided The private entrance to the house is from the front porch where you will find the keybox, we will send the key code to you prior to your stay. On entering the house there is a shared staircase straight ahead. Then your private rooms are to the right side of the house both upstairs ànd downstairs but otherwise, the annexe offers complete privacy. We will be delighted to welcome you where possible with social distancing in mind on your arrival and share our farm house with you. We have busy day schedules but are usually round about to assist with anything you may need or wish to know about. We are contactable during your stay Clumber Park is over 3,800 acres of woods, open heath and rolling farmland. It contains the longest double avenue of lime trees in Europe. There are plenty of paths to walk, cycle, ride on. The gateway to the Dukeries starts here. Local pubs shops and supermarkets are about 2 miles away. Car, motorcycle, bring your own bicycles or hire them from Clumber Park, walking, horse (bring your own by prior arrangement) There are amazing opportunities to enjoy out doors sports and walking in this area. Taxis are available from Worksop town, but should ideally be pre booked Voted the best B&B in Worksop by Made in North Notts Awards 2019. The location is very peaceful and rural, so your own transport is necessary. We provide a choice of cereals, home made bread and preserves, farm fresh eggs, yoghurts, teas and coffees to help yourself to at a time that suits. We have chickens and ducks which is where we get our fresh eggs from. Please feel free to bring your own bikes and put them in our secure lock up.
