Large, luxurious villa, Frisian lakes, own beach

Spacious (600 m2) villa on a peninsula, lots of Dutch design and luxury. Perfect accessibility by car. 11 free parking spaces on the property. Large living room of + 65 m2, music room with grand piano and terrace, large kitchen with cooking island, two ovens, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, air fryer, mudroom, big hallways, 3 toilets, a private spa, 4 bedrooms and a private bar with beer tap. Very big terraces, own little beach, big garden. Floating terrace in the pond. The interior of this villa is gorgeous, and the villa itself has a 360 degrees view over the water, the woods, the village and some stores and companies. Two glass front doors, and you can enter via the ground floor or via the middle floor. In the waterside garden you'll find a table tennis table, a trampoline, a private beach and a playhouse. The floating terrace gives you the ability to navigate the pond and to have a drink on the water. The garden is very big, and it has several possibilities to grill. Although most guests use the terraces to grill. When you enter you'll find a big kitchen, two very large roof terraces, a laundry room, a mud room, a big hallway, two separate toilets, a music room with a grand piano, a private bar with disco lights and a Heineken beertap and extra fridge, and a very large livingroom. On the third floor we have a separate toilet, four bedrooms, a spa with sauna, Turkish steambath and double showers. All bedrooms have their own terrace. One of the bedrooms has a twinbed, but with excellent matrasses, also convenient for adults. You have access to the first and the second floor of the villa, the garden, the terracess, the pond, the floating terrace and the parking places on the premaces. You don't have access to the ground floor of the villa, but it is unoccupied during your stay. (For larger groups we also rent out the ground floor). So it is just your group of people, and no one else. Our hostess gives you access to the villa, shows you around and then leaves. I'm available whenever you need me to help you. Joure is only one hour by car from Amsterdam, but this area is a lot more beautiful than the Amsterdam Area. Fryslân/Friesland owns the largest one-piece lake territory of western Europe that has developed itself approximately five hundred years for the beginning of our era. The many puddles of the peat bog country, from which the middle Friesland then largely existed, were increased by regular floods of the North Sea. The combination of water and the open landscape make the Frisian lake territory an excellent place to relax. Every year in the summer months a sail race is organized with historical transport ships, called Skûtsje Silen. The largest lakes are the Fluessen, Heegermeer, Tjeukemeer and Slotermeer, but also on the smaller waters like the Sneekermeer, Oudegaasterbrekken, Langweerder Wielen and Pikmeer. By far the easiest way to get to the villa is by car. The A6 and A7 highways meet at the interchange just south of Joure, which can be found in between Sneek and Heerenveen (both on the A7) and Lemmer (A6). Busses make up the public transit in the area, with the main hubs being in Joure, which is accessible from Groningen and Emmeloord (line 315), Heerenveen (lines 41 to Balk, 98, 99 and 199), Leeuwarden (line 95) and Sneek (line 99 and 199). All of these destinations have their bus halts right outside the station, with Heerenveen being the closest trainstation that is serviced with Intercity trains. The region, being littered with waterways and lakes, has about twenty marina's. When coming from outside the region, the IJsselmeer is most likely your best way in. Animals are under no condition allowed in this villa, since it is 100% asthma friendly.
