The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee pod machine and free standing fridge freezer. Tea, coffee and some cooking essentials are provided. The living room leads to a private secure garden, with a lounge seating area, coal bbq and outdoor dining set. The hallway has shoe storage and coat hooks, with toilet room adjacent. Upstairs has a large family bathroom, separate shower, bath and toiletries. All towels are provided. Bedroom one: a king size bed, bedside tables, large fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers and a hairdryer. A single bed can be added to this room if needed. Bedroom two: set up as a twin bedroom, can be set up with four single beds. A bedside table, dressing table, fitted wardrobe and a large smart tv. All bed linen is provided. Baby equipment can be provided; travel cot and bed linen, blanket, sleeping bag, highchair, nightlight in the landing, pushchair and a changing mat. There’s riverside walks and historic walks around the town which is highlighted on a map in the town square. A children’s play park, bowling, soft play and a cinema all close by. As the house is centrally located you can go on foot to access most things, shops, supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, the cinema, bowling and soft play. To explore outside of the town I would abide by car or bikes.
