Beautiful countryside cottage providing easy access to both Marlow and Henley - stunning walks from the property in the Hambleden Valley. We are just next door if you need any advice but will give you your space and hope to make your stay as enjoyable as possible Here is a link to a video tour of the house (Website hidden by Airbnb) The Little Thatch is a tiny thatched cottage with open plan kitchen/ living space with a bedroom and dressing room upstairs. It sits within the grounds of our home. The kitchen is newly fitted with a dishwasher, fridge, oven, hob, toaster and microwave. Tea and coffee making facilities. The living room has two chesterfield sofas and TV with Sky. Upstairs there is a boutique bedroom with a double bed and a separate dressing room with mirror and dressing table and space for your luggage. Shower room with towels and essential items shampoo, conditioner etc provided. From the property there is access to endless country walks via the back gate. Set in the Chilterns many award winning pubs are within dog walking distance including The Royal Oak and the Yew Tree. Marlow is the closest town just under 2 miles away, set on the River Thames. Marlow boasts an array of Tom Kerridge’s fabulous Michelin Star Pubs, Sindu by Atul Kochars Indian, The Ivy and many more. Henley is also close by famous for its regatta and festival; Marlow has its own regatta also and the famous Pub in the Park festival. It is a rural location and there are sometimes issues with WiFi and TV Guest may use the little house there is no useable outdoor space Please feel free to contact us by email or text 😀 This secluded country spot gives a great escape whilst still having the vibrant towns of Marlow and Henley close by. Car required although we can provide a number for an excellent taxi service. Nearest major Train Station High Wycombe, Marlow has a small station that runs to Maidenhead.
