This private house in the Tyrolean alps is located in the beautiful lake Achensee region. It offers relaxation from daily stress and complete regeneration. Usually used privately by a family, this house is open for you to rent since May 2013. A mix of traditional design, blended with modern interior, this house offers you everything you need for a perfect holiday. WINTER: The house is located in Achenkirch, a lovely tyrolian style village. The 'Christlum' ski resort is the largest ski resort in the lake Achensee area. The lifts, slopes, ski-rental and ski school are approx. 0.5 miles away from the house and accesible within walking distance (but attention, including a steep hill on which the house is located) or by a very short car ride for higher convenience. The region lake Achensee has more than 70 miles cross country skiing tracks, the access to 18 miles cross country tracks around the village Achenkirch is less than 500 yards away from the house. SUMMER: A free of charge public beach (on grass, not sand) with changing rooms, 2 beach volleyball fields a lovely playground for children and possibility to hier pedal boats is just 1.5 miles from the house. Achenkirch has a sailing school and offers the possibilty to hire sailing boats (please ask us before booking the house if you want to hire a sailing boat). On the other side of the lake Achensee there are perfect spots for kite and wind surfing. The 9 hole golf place is close by, a 18 hole golf place is a short drive from the village (12 miles). Tennis courts can be rented. Directly from the house there are endless opportunities for hiking and biking along the lake Achensee and up into the mountains.
