Belton Acre is a large house with ample parking, nestled between the Surrey Hills and South Downs. The location is Ideal for relaxing with family and friends. The beautiful countryside offers fantastic walking, cycling (road and mountain trails), kayaking and fishing. Set in 1/3 of an acre this luxury modern house has been newly refurbished and has a lovely mature garden. The house has 4 double bedrooms and a further 5th bedroom with 2 single beds. Check our house rules before booking. This luxury modern house has been recently refurbished and has a lovely mature garden. The house will sleep 10 people in 4 double bedrooms (3 upstairs and one downstairs). There is also a twin bedroom downstairs with 2 single beds. The house has a spacious open plan kitchen/dining area leading into the comfortable split lounge. The kitchen and lounge have bifold doors that draw the beautiful garden into the inside space. Opening onto a stone patio which flows to the lawn then woodland with abundant wildlife. The large Patio is ideal for al-fresco entertainment and comes with ample furniture and large freestanding BBQ. There are 3 double bedrooms upstairs; one has an en-suite shower room, and there is a separate family bathroom with a separate bath and a shower. Downstairs there is a large double bedroom with a wet room which is fully disabled friendly. We have a further 5th bedroom which will sleep 2 people in single beds. We can also provide a travel cot on request. We have internet hard wired into most of the bedrooms with Wifi access points upstairs and downstairs. The house has a Smart TV in the lounge and Bluetooth soundbar. There is also an upright piano in the lounge for guests to use. Guests have sole access to the whole house. Upon request you can also have use of the garage for bike storage if required. We live nearby and can be contacted by (Hidden by Airbnb) , text or telephone with any questions you may have. We operate a self checkin system for easy and stress free access. Chichester, Goodwood, Arundel, Petworth and Guildford are all within easy reach. Gatwick Airport is about 40 minutes away, while Heathrow Airport is an hour away. The nearest train station is Billingshurst which is about 25 minutes’ drive. This small village has a Supermarket and many other shops, pubs and restaurants. The area is ideal for all ages with many visitor attractions nearby such as: • Wey and Arun Canal offering boat trips from the visitors centre. • Many National Trust houses and gardens • North Down Way • South Downs Way • Chessington World of Adventures • Painshill Park • Windsor Castle • Ascot, Sandown, Kempton and Espom Races • Hampton Court Palace • Legoland • West wittering, Worthing, Littlehampton and many other beaches • Petworth Park and House • Goodwood • Arundel Castle and Gardens • Bolney Wine Estate • Arundel Wetland Centre And many more The area is very rural with lots of walking and cycling. There are two shops with attached tea room/cafe, one in Ifold which is a easy 10 minute walk along the country roads and also a second shop in Plaistow which is about 5 minutes drive. Alternatively Billingshurst is 15 minutes drive with a Supermarket and many other shops. If you want to venture further afield then the Billingshurst Train Station has trains to London and the South Coast.
