This is a huge updated home with 4 private studios, a one bedroom unit as well as a two bedroom one bath rental. Every unit has their own bedroom, sitting area, bath and kitchenette. There is a beautiful back yard with BBQ, fire pit and patio for outside dining. A free laundry room is also available. Property is completely NON-Smoking inside and out. We live within 2 miles of all 72 of our units. You can reach us 24/7 if a situation arises. But we do provide our tenants privacy as needed. Guests can avail themselves to us if they prefer a meet and greet upon arrival or they can simply enter at their leisure.
