The Hive is a luxury, unique place to stay set in an AOONB just 5mins drive from Brands Hatch. The property is gated, with 2 free private parking bays right outside the entrance. The unique accommodation is set over three floors in a peaceful location. We are just 20 mins drive to Bluewater shopping, 30 to Ashford retail outlet, and 45 to the seaside town of Whitstable. The tranquil location is great for long country walks as we are surrounded by the countryside and ancient woodlands. The Hive is spacious and tastefully decorated. Uniquely set over 3 floors. Guests can relax having the entire area to themselves, with a flat screen TV in the lounge as well as a 55 inch one in the bedroom , with freesat channels. Towells and Toileteries are included. The bedroom has a luxury superking bed and bedroom furntiure as shown in images. Although there is not a seperate kitchen, the kitchen area shown in the photographs includes a fridge, small combination microwave/oven, hob, dishwasher, sink and all plates, utensils etc. We also provide a kettle , toaster ,tea, coffee, fresh milk and sugar WE ARE LOCATED DOWN A COUNTRY LANE, ON ARRIVAL LOOK OUT FOR A PROPERTY CALLED WROTHAM HILL FARMHOUSE. TURN DOWN THE SIDE OF THIS PROPERTY (A GRAVEL DRIVE) APPROX 50 YARDS IN FRONT OF YOU ARE OUR BLACK ELECTRIC GATES . Guests are offered a welcome pack at an extra costs of £15 per couple this includes : A bottle of Wine, Eggs, Bacon, Bread, Butter, Kettle Chips and Chocolate. Alternatively Jan can offer a cooked Full English Breakfast including cereals & juice for £10 per person. Email or phone Jan if either of these are required. As well as any special dietry requirements. Salt, Pepper and cooking oil are provided as well as Tea, Coffee, Milk and Sugar. The Hive is situated in a country lane that is ideal for local country walks right on the doorstep. The Black Horse pub at Stanstead serves great homecooked food and is just 5 minutes drive or just a 20 minutes stroll away. Local attractions include, Brands Hatch, Knowle Park, Ightham Mote, Leeds castle, HIstoric Rochester where you can explore many of Dickens Haunts , Paddock Wood Hop Farm as well as others previously mentioned. Local convenience shops and take aways are just 5 minute drive away. Borough Green station is just 5 minutes drive from the property offering parking facilities and good transport links to London.
