Cosy Coach House Studio with private garden view

The Coach House is a newly renovated, self-contained, stylish studio offering off-street parking, a shared terrace with a view across an informal walled garden. In summer, guests are also welcome to use our heated outside pool. Situated in a hamlet between the beautiful villages of Henley-On-Thames , & Marlow, it is a perfect, peaceful location for exploring the area or simply a lovely base to unwind. There are many lovely areas, walks & restaurants to explore as well as the River Thames. The stylishly studio offers a King Size bed, kitted out with luxury linen as well as a cosy sofa and coffee table for relaxing. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and heated towel rail and responsive light as well as under floor heating. The small kitchenette offers a microwave, induction hob, toaster and kettle. Other amenities include a smart TV, wifi, small hanging space and a large chest of drawers for storage. The Coach House Studio has large bi-fold doors and an adjoining terrace offering a beautiful view across the garden. In the Summer months (May-September) guests are also welcome to use our shared outside pool - weather dependent. In the cooler months, it is a cosy base with the added luxury of under floor heating throughout. There are also lots of rugs and throws to m are sure you are super cosy and comfortable. Guests are welcome to use the fire pit and BBQ and their own convenience. It is a self contained private studio across a terrace from our house with its own entrance. You are welcome to roam the garden and there is a terrace outside the Coach House Studio for dining and enjoying the view. If the weather is good we are also happy to open the pool (on request) and you are welcome to use this as a shared space. There is ample parking. The Coach House is adjacent to our house and we are normally available to offer help and advise. We can usually also lifts for a small cost should the need require. If you have any queries at all throughout your stay, please do ask as we want you to have an enjoyable stay. There is little area guide on the listing with restaurant recommendations, things to do, travel tips and general information about the area. We are based in a lovely, peaceful rural location perfectly situated between lots of beautiful Thameside villages including Wargrave, Henley on Thames and Marlow. There is plenty of activity available including riverside walks, boating, open water swimming and paddle boarding as well as lots of National Trust properties within easy driving distance. There are some wonderful rural pubs/ restaurants to visit and local places of interest.. There are also a number of Michelin starred restaurants in the area, Bray being home to The Fat Duck is a 15 minute drive away!to visit and local places of interest. A few local pubs, The Coach and Horses and The Bird in the Hand are even within walking distance. To make the most out of the area you will need to drive but if you fancy a relaxing stay or don't plan to do much travelling around then you are also able to get a train from London and surrounding areas to Twyford and a taxi ride to us. We are also available for a pop-up taxi service if available and pre-arranged. Please note that all guests are expected to abide by the house rules and to leave the place as you found it. Please note that the kitchenette has basic amenities including an induction hob and a microwave. You are welcome to use the outside heated pool ( usually open between the months of May and September) and whilst you will probably have it to yourself most of the time please note it is a shared space with our family ( 4 of us). Please help yourself to the sunbeds and pool floats. You will find two Beach Towels provided for your own use within the studio.
