cozy little house in Abenberg

our little 300 year old house is located in the old town. It has been lovingly restored and can accommodate up to 9 people. There is a double bedroom then a room with a bed, which you get into another room with 2 beds. The attic is expanded, there is also a double bed and a couch with a table and a second TV. from here you get to the attic where there is another double bed. Old Town-house in a quiet location with a small garden at the market in Abenberg. The ground floor has a spacious kitchen with a living and dining area with direct access to garden and conservatory (smoking area) On 1st Floor there is a bathroom with tub and toilet and a bathroom with shower and toilet and two bedrooms for 4 to 5 persons. The upgraded loft can be used on request as additional living space. The house is located in the old town between the two gates. Bakery, pharmacy, restaurant, bank, optician, toys and footwear business, Church (Protestant and Catholic), butcher, supermarket, castle, bus ... everything within in 5 minutes on foot. Abenberg is centrally located between the Fränkisches Seenland (20 minutes by car) and Nuremberg (30min by car) which means they have both also easily accessible by public transport. e.g. by SeenlandExpress.
