Self contained studio with own front door

Clean and modern is how we would describe our completely self contained (own entry door ) very comfortable little 3 roomed studio which is part of our main property.king size bed with superior mattress and bedding , kitchenette with welcome tea coffee sugar etc , microwave, toaster and kettle , enough crockery and cutlery to make a snack or enjoy a local takeaway . Shower room with fluffy towels and basic toiletries. Late or early arrival by arrangement. Free Wi-Fi Sky TV with sport and films . Our area is brilliant for bird watching walking ,cycling, we are walking distance from the Lea valley country park . If you want to visit london its a short train ride (26mins) into Liverpool Street from our local station (Broxbourne) My husband and I are happy to help with any questions you may have about the surrounding area . We can safely store bicycles if you bring your own or rental is available very local . Although we don’t allow pets in the studio we can arrange superb pet sitting very close by should you wish to bring your pet. For 2020 we have added a small courtyard garden for your use , it is not accessed directly from the studio but is about 6 paces from your door (easy to do in your dressing gown for a morning coffee if the weather permits ) its a lovely sunny spot at the front of the house . Antibacterial wipes and hand sanitizer will be available for your use and we are following all air B&B cleaning protocol. We hope that you will have a relaxed stay with us . Guests can have as much or as little as they would like We are often around as the apartment adjoins our main house but are always available by mobile should you need help with anything at all . Lockbox key entry so you can come and go as you please . Nazeing is a small village in essex 8 minutes from the M25 we are very easy to find .the village has a great coffee /sandwich shop which also does a cooked breakfast it is an easy 3min walk from the house . In nearby Broxbourne plenty of restaurants and takeaway. Local attractions are Paradise wildlife park , lee valley white water centre ,Epping forest are all on the door step shopping and sight seeing in London should always be on your list Broxbourne railway station is a 5 minute drive and parking is easy , taxis to and from the station costs approximately £5 , we are always happy to help with local lifts if we are around .
