Bosgat Panoramic View

This is our ethic room has one basic 140 cm bed, but a single bed can be added as well. The ceiling height is limited to 1,8 m under the curved roof, but is quite spacious (24 sqm) and profits from a nice view in the direction of the nearby panorama. Our house is quite modern (finished December 2004) and still subject for further improvements and finishing. There is large garden surrounded by small forests providing a unique park feeling. Next to the terrace there is a natural swimming pool and in the garden sheep, goats and chickens provide a lively activity. Most recently a female peacock arrived at our place as well. Close to our place there is the panoramic viewpoint 'Bosgat' looking westward, an ideal place to watch the sunset over the Flemish Ardennes. Spring 2021 a complete new infrastructure was unveiled making it to a must see spot. From the panorama, a small trail leads to the nearby 'Bos ter Rijst' (forest); ideal for a walk or jogging. Our guests are welcome joining for breakfast on the terrace or in the porch (our plants room). Our kitchen is available for cooking (gas stove). Convenient for cyclist is our garage with sufficient space to store several bicycles. As we love our village and region we would be glad to help you discover more. Every hour there is a connection through line 61 to Ronse Railway Station (South) and Oudenaarde Railway Station (North). Tickets can be bought from the bus driver. The railway station of Oudenaarde provides connection to Gent, Brussels and Kortrijk. From Gent the historical cities of Antwerp, Brugge, Oostende and Brussels can be easily reached. By travelling to Kortijk you'll be closer to Ieper.
