Lovely modern 2 bedroom unit with separate living space and private entrance. Superbly located in the heart of rural St Ouen in a traditional Jersey farmhouse. A short walk to Jersey racecourse, miles of cliffpaths and Plemont beach. A five minute drive to Jersey's number one surfing beach and golf course. There is a local café within 2 minutes walk serving breakfasts, lunch and weekend evening meals during summer, fully licenced. Ten min drive to the airport. The unit has its own private entrance, completely separate from the hosts. There is private parking on site. There are two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. We also have two travel cots available. There is a large separate lounge with sofa, dining table and four chairs, digital TV, including Netflix and a DVD player. The bathroom is modern with a bath and power shower. We provide tea and coffee making facilities plus fridge, microwave and toaster. Cutlery and crockery are also provided. This is suitable for guests who wish to prepare light meals and snacks but is not a kitchen. Free wifi provided throughout the living space. Guests have their own private entrance, with private parking directly outside. They will have their own lounge, two separate bedrooms and a separate bathroom. Your host Lyn will be happy to help with any queries you may have and being a local will have many tips and ideas for exploring the island, if required. Our suite is close to many picturesque beaches, with St Ouen's, Plemont and Greve de Lecq beaches less than a 5 minute drive. It is a 5 minute walk to miles of unspoilt cliff paths and situated in the heart of a large network of rural lanes. Les Landes racecourse is also only a 5 minute walk away. There are two supermarkets, ATM, doctors and hairdressers only a 5 minute drive away. The use of a car is highly recommended as there is a bus service but it is not very frequent, unless you are planning a walking holiday. There is private parking at the property. It is a 10 minute drive from the airport and approximately 25 minutes from the port. The use of a car is highly recommend for this location unless you are doing a walking holiday in which case it is only a 5 minute walk from miles of unspoilt cliffpaths.
