Villa Klippan was complely remodeled during 2018 and has a total area of 125 m2 divided on two floors. The house has high quality choices in the interior such as limestone floors in the kitchen and entrance. The house hosts 1-6 guests and with the possibility for 2 extra beds for children. The kitchen is fully equiped and includes full-size fridge, freezer, stove, owen, coffe machine, water boiler and micro wave. Bikes and boat for renting. Tennis court nearby in Björboholm for renting. Access to swiming in the lake. The entire house and garden is included. Private area. No sharing. The hostess Ulrika lives next door and is able to support and suggest activites in the neighboorhood. Björboholm is a historical village with beautiful suroundings, access to the lake for swimming, hikes around the lake or hiking in the woods. The lake is great for fishing. Both boat and gear can be rented. There are several hidden places around the lake where you will be able to enjoy the amazing nature with no disturbance. Relax and enjoy! Easy access to Göteborg, the main city of Swedish west-cost with shopping, teatre, amusement park (Liseberg) and museums. Kids love Universeum, the museum that mixes science and nature. During the fall, the sourunding forests allow for picking blueberries, lingonberries and mushrooms or just hiking in the woods or around the lake. Göteborg can easily be reached by bus or car from Björboholm, approx 30 min. The airport Landvetter is 30 min away. The surroundings of Björboholm allows for hikes and also slow easy walking along the lake. Instructions for dishwasher: The dishwasher is located behind a woodrn front to the right of the sink. First, load a dishwashing tablet, then press ”on”inside the dishwasher and choose program. Thereafter press the little metall button (diameter 8 cm) which is on the kitchen top in order to let water into the machine. Then press start. Instructions for the stove fan/ventilation: It can be located behind the stove on the top of the kitchen top. Press ”on” in order to have the item to be raised up. We recommend using it while cooking. There is a first-aid kit in the bathroom. There is a fire extinguisher under the stairs to the first floor. There is a vaccum cleaner and cleaning items under the stairs to the first floor. No smoking. Animals not allowed. It is not allowed to host parties by inviting guests not staying at Villa Klippan. Additional people than the number of guests noted at the time of booking cannot stay at Villa Klippan.
