You will have 2500 m2 just for you. There is big closed square courtyard and huge fruitorchard where is gazebo with firepit and pond. Interior is designed with original nice wooden furniture. You can feel strongly landowner´s spirit. Beautifull and relax place between forests where you will feel big connection with nature. The house has typicall southboheiman architecture style with colourfull shield. There is lot of place and light. It is perfect for bigger group of 9 people. My family have lived and farmed here from 18 th century. My ancestor were famous with horse breeding. We sensitively reconstructed left side of the residence and left original wooden furniture to keep its atmophere. It has one bigger inspirative living room with one Ludwig - king size bed and two single beds. There is nice landowner´ s kitchen with one single bed. Small skewer with fridge and microwave owen.Bathroom with shower enclosure and bath. Toilet with bidet. Second part of the farm (right side) is also furnished with original renovated furniture. It has one living room ( "white room" - it has one king size bed and two single beds with nice view to garden and to yard. There is also small skewer with fridge and microwave owen, verandah by entrance, where is big table with benches, perfect for evenings chill out and also informational notice board with maps, leaflets and tips for trips around you can have for free. It is beautiful relaxing place with big fruit orchard with hammacks where is also indian style gazebo with firepit and small pond. If you like fishing you can fish in private lake in forest 200 m from the farm.Place is surrounded with forest and fields of local people. Both sides of the farm - left side and right side has its own entrances. You can use for refreshing and relaxing fruit orachard or square courtyard. There is outside seating with grill available.During the winter you will heat yourselve in kettle and stove heating system with wood. Before your arrival will be the house heated up. I Will be happy to provide you information about interesting places in surrounding or reommend you best places where you can find homemade cottage and milk. You experience real village life, where people wake up with bell ringing, start to cultivate their fields and in the evening meet by the glass of good beer and discuss good hunt and harvest. It is usually only place where you meet somebody. You can get delicious homemade chees, cottage, eggs, meet (fish, beef) or fruit and vegetable from local farmers. The local pub organize in the summer village party with life music and offer fish specialities. In the village is big playgound with climbingframe for kids, where you can play football,tennis, volleyball and pergola where you can grill or have a party. You can come by car,by bike, by bus - there is bus station in distance 100 m. There are neigbours selling great home made milk, cottage cheese and other deliciuous products.Two kilometres from farm is brown coloured peat lake which has healing effects (if you don´t want to go to Trebon´s spa). Eight kilometres from farm is beautifull sandpit with turquoise clean water perfect for swimming). I can borrow you bikes and petanque or tennis bat and other chillout games..:)
