The apartments are built throughout from the bathroom to the living-dining area with a solid wood roof structure. In the living area, the wooden ceiling rises to a height of 3.75 m. They are furnished to a very high standard, equipped and almost barrier free. The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. In the bedroom you will find a comfortable double bed (1.80 mx 2.0 m) and the bathroom is modern and well equipped. The beds are made and towels and tea towels are provided. Internet access is possible via fiber optic cable-> WLAN. The apartments have underfloor heating that is operated with a heat pump. Each apartment has a furnished sun terrace. The terraces face south and are separated from the other residential units by a screen. The three apartments are arranged next to each other on the ground floor and each has two soundproofing connecting doors. This structural situation makes it possible to combine all three apartments and thus offer space for larger groups or families with up to 12-15 people. How to get there: From Würzburg to Frickenhausen, village center up to the left after the church, through the upper gate or coming from Segnitz (Kitzingen) right before the first gate; then left into the Uppental, out of the village, turn right at the Markgrafenhöfe sign, turn right after the first courtyard and you have arrived at the second courtyard on the right.(see apartment sign) Good ride!
