The house offers 3 large rooms with double beds (new and comfortable bedding) and dressers. A large living-room is equipped with a connected TV (55”) and a sofa-bed for 2 people: a new wood-burning stove will sooth and comfort you. There are two bathrooms and toilets: on the ground floor and upstairs. A new kitchen is well-equipped (oven, microwave, induction cooker, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, espresso, toaster, … It looks down on the flower meadow, the orchard and the small valley. Le Clos Loisel is a quiet, charming renovated and well-equipped old house with a courtyard and an enclosed garden planted of trees and flowers. The property, which extends over 2ha, hillside dominating the small peaceful river, is a perfect place to relax and to be near regional and local tourism sites. Its kitchen opens on the small valley and the river. Its terrace is facing the orchard and the flower meadow. Garden furniture is available (table, armchairs, hammock...) as a spa for fun and relax. The property includes private parking and dependence (covered garage). The access is easy. The place is setting in the peace and quiet, far from any neighbours: peaceful surroundings that are completely unoverlooked without being isolated. independant house It will be with a lot of pleasure that we welcome you. Le clos Loisel is quiet and peaceful place close to the Marais du Cotentin et du Bessin Regional Nature Park and to the Balleroy forest. It is located only 10 minutes from the beach battlefields (Colleville-sur-mer, Omaha Beach, Vierville ... Ten minutes from tourism cities as Bayeux and its famous tapestry, Port-en-Bessin… The small town of Le Molay Littry is only few minutes (less than 5 minutes) from all amenities (supermarkets, boulangeries, fruit and vegetable markets on the Thursday and Sunday mornings, restaurants, drugstore, banks...). From Le Clos Loisel, a network of small roads and field paths will allow to walk and ride safely. Enjoy also pleasant walks through the forest. Tourist documentations will be available. We try to develop a green approach being attentive to respectful of the environment: “green” woodstove, active cast iron gentle heat radiators with programmal control, economic flush system, selective waste and compost, differentiated green spaces management of the property. In this way, so that the most eco-friendly guests be favored, a free fee is fixed at 10kWh per day. Electrical consumption superior to that basic fee will be invoiced according to the pricelist of the energy supplier and collected at the end of the stay.
