Big Drift Barn is set in open countryside, in Rutland. It is a new semi-detached barn conversion. There is a video of the barns if you search against 'visitourfarm Fairchilds Lodge.' Set over two floors, the house enjoys lovely views, with bi-fold doors opening onto the property's own private decking, with a hot tub for 4/5 people, small patio area and seating to enjoy al fresco dining. No stag parties permitted. Sky Q HD. £30 per dog per booking as extra charge payable on arrival. I am an employment lawyer of 20 years’ experience. Over the years, I’ve enjoyed fighting for the rights of employees from disadvantaged groups who have suffered discrimination and I’ve met such a wide range of fascinating people. After meeting my husband, I moved out from London to help my husband on our farm, and I enjoy welcoming guests to our barns. I have been really thrilled by the variety and diversity of our clientele and look forward to making you feel at home in our cosmopolitan bolthole in this stunning part of the UK. You will have your own private hot tub from which to enjoy the stunning views. Up to two dogs welcome. Must be on leads at all times if you are walking across our fields due to sheep grazing. They can be loose in the outside fenced area. Adjoining barn Fairchild’s Barn can also be booked to allow groups of 16 to stay in both properties. You have your own private hot tub. You can also walk on our farm and through our lovely wood. We are only the other side of the farmyard and are usually on hand at all time. The neighbouring market town Uppingham features a weekly market every Friday, as well as a number of antiques shops and art galleries. We are close to Rutland Water a haven for sailors, wind surfers cyclists and runners. You will need a car to make the most of staying with us for a longer break. There is ample parking on the premises. If you are coming for a short break then the nearest stations are Corby and Oakham and both are a fifteen minute taxi ride away. If you had a grocery delivery it is perfectly feasible to stay without a car as there is a bus service to Uppingham and Oakham as long as you are happy with a ten minute walk into the village. There is no shop in the village. However The Plough does tasty pub food but booking is required. It is an ideal base for cyclists with many popular routes for cyclists. These barns are completely private and look out over open countryside with stunning views of Rutland. The next house is over a mile and a half away and you can escape into your own little haven.
