Cosy newly renovated villa located in a quiet residential neighborhood close to the city of Roskilde , the fjord, the habour and the forests. Located close to the center of Roskilde and Roskilde fjord, and only 25 min. by train from Copenhagen , this is the ideal base for exploration of the area . The house (150 sqm. incl. basement) is situated in a calm residential area in one of the most attractive areas of Roskilde. The house has a lovely secluded garden with flowers, chickens, kitchen garden and terrace with grill area. The house is newly renovated, family friendly and very functional, with fully equipped kitchen as well as new bathroom in the basement Guests have access to the entire house and there is plenty of room for 5 people. Quiet, green and pleasant residential neighborhood in one of the most attractive areas of Roskilde. Close to downtown Roskilde, the waterfront and the surrounding forests. Shopping is only five minutes away and there is a bus stop close to the house. It takes about 20 min. by foot to the center of Roskilde, and buses run approximately 200 meters from the house. From Roskilde station it takes 25 min. by train to Copenhagen. There is free parking at the house. We have no rooster and the hens are taken care of by the neighbor :)
